Hypnotherapy is not always well understood and people have a lot of questions. In this call, we will spend around 30 minutes understanding your situation and what you would like to resolve. We will provide in-depth information about what happens in the consultation, what you can expect and how we will support you before, during and after our session.

In our session with young children, we spend time helping them understand what we will do, play some games and ensure they feel comfortable. Only then, we will proceed with the hypnosis session. At the end of our session, we will have some time to talk about the experience and answer any question.

When purchased in a Block of 5 these sessions cost £600 (see Packages) otherwise they are £150 each. In our experience, 5 sessions are enough to provide visible results in 7 out of 10 clients. Ideally, we would organise the sessions consecutive weeks to build a great relationship, but due to workload, travelling or holidays, this is not always possible.
After the initial 5 sessions, we will discuss progress and decide together the next steps.

This is our first coaching session, usually following the initial free phone consultation. This session will last 60 minutes and our main goals are to build a rapport and make observations that will help us identify the best way forward. We can then confidently move into the 5 Sessions Programme.

We always start with a one off session. This is our X-factor moment, we need three-yeses to go forward. The young person needs to agree to continue, the parents need to be comfortable with our approach, and us as coaches need to feel we can support you all. If we have the three-yeses, we can then move on to the 5 Session Programme.
